Mr. Fan is one of the co-founders of Ctrip.com and icon of Chinese Online Travel industry.
He served a number of senior positions in Ctrip including Chief Executive Officer. Since March 2013, he served as the president of Ctrip in charge of new business line and investment vehicle.
Mr. Fan obtained his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He also studied at the Lausanne Hotel Management School of Switzerland in 1995.
Yang has over 20 years of experience in equity investment and alternative asset management, Yang used to hold a number of senior management positions in state-owned financial institutions.
Prior to CL Capital, Yang was the assistant general manager and head of alternative investment in China Taiping Asset Management. Yang led investments totalling over Rmb100 billion.
Yang used to be a member of the technical committee of National Institute of Finance Standardization and Insurance Asset Management Association.
Yang holds a dual EMBA degree from Arizona State University and National Accounting Institute, and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Southeast University.
